The Continued adventures of the Canadian in the Deep South

A place of ceaseless wonder.   Townes Van Zandt's songs were filled with imagery from these states.  We found him in a grove filled with children and confederate veterans.  Muskogee and Tekumsa Valley are both in Oklahoma where my father's people mostly found their place.  But Towne's himself was from North Texas where my immediate family live.  My Canadian traveling partner enjoyed these places despite the temperature and drought.  Thanks, mom, for the first picture.  Thanks to the Canadian for the last.
